Speed Takes

Rio Olympics Global Campaign

 

Speed takes... was a campaign celebrating adidas’ athletes competing in the 2016 Rio Olympics. We shot 22 athletes, in 3 countries across a multitude of sports. The essence of the campaign was to represent the authenticity and raw effort behind their success, and shoot the athletes in training as well as hero reactive content, with the line changing for each athlete; speed takes family, speed takes power, speed takes progress etc. I art directed the campaign from concept to attendance of shoots, through post-production and delivery of stills, gifs and video content.
